Review & Description
Teri, what cha gonna do? Teri has to make a decision. She has let her weight get out of control and now she is desperate. Heck, her life seems to be out of control too for that matter. She is tired, over worked, depressed and wants to lose weight badly!
Teri has decided that the only way she has any chance to lose weight is to pay a lot of money for one of those celebrity endorsed diet programs. If that celebrity can do it so can I she thinks. Teri is a receptionist for a local downtown hotel. She has 3 kids. Carrie, Mary and Harry. (Harry is her husband by the way). Harry works the graveyard shift as a slot mechanic over at the Sprinkled Donut Casino. Teri eats badly. Harry eats badly and their kids Carrie and Mary are looking like little roly polys. Teri joins the local weight loss center. She is excited and dedicated to reach her weight loss goal. The $850.00 she will pay for the cost of the program and foods was a bit too expensive for the family budget but she just knows she can lose her weight this time. Three weeks into the program Teri quits. She nor Harry can justify the amount of money being spent for Teri to be on her diet and between Teri's job, her kids and her husband Teri just doesn't have the time to drive to the weight loss center for her weigh-in.
Teri tries to buy the same kinds of foods at the supermarket but she has no diet plan and no format to follow. Teri needs a plan because she just doesn’t have the know how or the energy to be guessing.
Marsha is a celebrity. She has made millions of dollars as an actress on the day time soap opera show Luv2LuvUBabyCakes and the world just loves Marsha. Marsha’s TV contract is about to expire and she has to take off 30 pounds or else she stands a high chance of being replaced (she has eaten too many cakes). Marsha needs a diet plan. Something quick, easy and painless to follow and not a pain in her ever growing butt to find the foods. Marsha’s busy and Marsha is lazy, lazy, lazy.
Marsha contacts the local weight loss center and Marsha signs on to be their spokeswoman. Marsha will be paid one million dollars to show the world she can lose 30 pounds. Sweet deal!
Teri and Marsha both need structure and control as well as Harry, Carrie and Mary. Marsha doesn’t care about the cost of any diet program. She is rich and now even richer. Teri and Harry struggle from paycheck to paycheck. Food cost is a driving factor. Who do you think stands a better chance of losing 30 pounds? Teri or Marsha?
Do you want or need to lose up to 30 pounds or more in just a few weeks? Give me another minute of your time and I’ll tell you how that is possible and all without joining a weight loss center.
First and foremost you have to want to lose the weight. Do you want to lose weight? In your head are you ready? This means losing weight becomes your priority. Life has to become all about YOU and the kinds of foods you eat.
You will and do need a controlled and structured diet plan that enables you to succeed. It must be affordable, easy to read and understand so that even a ten year old child could do it, plus the foods on the diet plan have to be available where you shop every week. The diet has to be healthy and you have to be able to make easy comparable food exchanges.
The kinds of foods you are eating now has gotten out of control and that is why you have gained weight. Bad food choices and too many of them are now catching up to you.
GRAMSLAM® The Original Supermarket Diet is the diet you need because for richer or poorer, better or worse the cost of a great diet plan should not be deterred by the amount in your purse. BATTER-UP! Here is your diet plan!Teri, what cha gonna do? Teri has to make a decision. She has let her weight get out of control and now she is desperate.
